- Termination clauses (typically 30-day exit on retainers)
The MSA + SOW always supersede these Terms for engaged clients.
05 — INQUIRIES & FORM SUBMISSIONSWhat happens when you contact us
Submitting our contact form does not create a contract or attorney-client / consultant-client relationship. We may decline to take on a project for any reason. If we decide to engage, we'll send a written proposal.
